Vermeer family legacy continues today

In 1948, Vermeer was founded by Gary Vermeer in Pella, Iowa, U.S.A. Gary left a lasting legacy, and with the support of his family, helped grow Vermeer into the global business it is today. His philosophy for success was simple: Find a need. Fill that need with a product built to last. And simply build the best!

Today, Gary’s legacy is carried on by his descendants, who still help guide the privately held business, including grandson, Jason Andringa, who serves as president and CEO of Vermeer Corporation.
